Throughout the week, on a daily basis, we purchase our produce directly from our growers ''on route'' in order to cut down the ''food miles'' that most produce would normally encounter when being transported from grower-market-supplier, we are in fact cutting out the ''middle man'' in order to achieve better prices without sacrificing the quality of our produce.
